RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All our boots are hand‑crafted leather goods with unique hand‑pyrography patterns. Slight differences in pattern, grain and color are normal characteristics of handmade products, not quality defects.

Customers may return unused, unworn products within 30 days after delivery.
Items must be returned in original shoe box with all accessories intact, no scratches, dirt or wear marks.

Customer is fully responsible for all return shipping cost, import duties and customs fees for return shipments from the United States to China.
Refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

Custom hand‑pyrography items are non‑returnable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

No refund for damages caused by improper wearing, water soaking, artificial scuffs or normal wear‑and‑tear.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the goods have been shipped from China warehouse.
Our shipping lead time is 12‑20 business days, delays caused by international customs are not eligible for full refund.
