Processing Time
All boots are hand‑crafted heat‑embossed leather goods. Orders require 3‑7 business days for production and handling before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will start processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship to addresses within the United States.
Standard Shipping: 5‑10 business days after dispatch.
Shipping threshold: Free standard shipping for all orders over $150 USD.

Important Notes
‑ Delivery time is estimated and does not include unexpected delays such as customs, carrier peak season, bad weather or logistics exceptions.
‑ We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the courier. Please keep an eye on your tracking number.
‑ Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify addresses once the parcel has been dispatched.

International Orders
At this stage, we only support shipping to the United States. International shipping will be available in the future.

Tracking Number
Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information.

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are borne solely by the buyer and are not included in order payment.
